Professional On-Site Staff
Our experienced on-site leasing team, led by Erin, is dedicated to providing exceptional service and support. Maintenance staff are available during business hours, with 24/7 emergency maintenance on call for added peace of mind.
Individual Leasing
All leases are individual 12-month agreements, meaning your student is only responsible for their own portion of rent — even if a roommate moves out or leaves school early.
Convenient At-Your-Door Parking
University Village offers more parking per unit than any other ISU housing community. Most parking spaces are located directly outside each apartment, minimizing the walk from car to front door. No long hallways, elevators, or distant parking garages.
Enhanced Safety & Security
Our community is monitored by 54 security cameras covering parking lots and building entrances. Apartment layouts are intentionally designed with highly visible entryways to help create a safer living environment.

Secure Package Pickup
Packages are delivered directly to the University Village office mailroom, where pickup is monitored by staff for added convenience and security.
